PATIENT ADMISSION PROCEDURES
   As soon as you arrive at our center you will be met by a team of experts who will immediately complete the admission procedures. However, for your own benefit, you should get in touch with our center and fax your insurance document to prove its validity. You should also make a definite reservation before you arrive in the country.

HEMODIALYSIS IN OTHER CITIES
   We will do our best to help you get in touch with dialysis centers closest to whichever city you are vacationing in and help you make a reservation, on condition that you let our center know when and how long you will need the service.
OUR CAPD CENTER
   Our experienced health team under the direction of Prof.Dr.İ.Çetin ÖZENER, the Nephrology Specialist in charge of the center in Kartal, treats and fallows patients who have had CAPD.(Continual Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis)

SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
   We will spend nearly three dyas of the week together. Under the observance of our Nephrologists and Dialysis Physicians who will tyr to resolve your physical and psychological problems, our Psychologist, Dietician, Social Service Expert and Dialysis Nurses will try thier best to give you a high quality health service.
NEGESSARY DOCUMENTS
   
  • Insurace Document: This document should be prepared in your name by your insurance company abroad and should indicate the dates, the frequency per week and the fee for the hemodialysis treatment needded.
  • TA 11 Document: If you have a healt problem when you are on vacation, you do not automatically have the right to be examinet according to the agreement betveen your insurance company abroad and S.S.K (Turkish social security hospitals and clinics program).When this is a case of emergency and cannot be postponed until your return to your country,you may use the TA 11 document in all S.S.K. hospitals.
  • Medical Report:This is a document prepared by your own dialysis center that includes infourmation about your illness and its treatment.
